So I released the pain

Pas tadi malem sumpek saya datang lagi, saya puter CD Lighthouse Family yang kebetulan baru aja dikasih sama temen dikantor (baik banget yaa tuh anak, hari gini gitu lho ngasih CD gratis). Terus pada lagu Free-nya saya puter berulang-ulang, maksud saya BERULANG-ULANG. Pelan-pelan rasa sedih, sumpek, marah, kecewa dan energi negative lainnya hilang. Pelan-pelan sekali, sedikit demi sedikit, sampai akhirnya hilang pada saat itu. Yang tertinggal adalah perasaan tenang, merasa rongga dada lebih lebar dan bisa mensuplai udara segar lebih banyak kedalam diri saya. Amazing kan, gimana sebuah lagu bisa melepaskan sakit, biarpun cuma buat saat itu, sementara, tapi lumayan untuk membantu proses recovery.

Sampai saat ini, lagu itu terus terdengar dikepala saya. Ditengah-tengah sumpeknya kantor, pekerjaan, kehidupan pribadi yang payah, lagu itu seperti jadi theme song saya hari ini.
