Kalo lagi bad mood

Kalo lagi bad mood, saya sering banged meledak-ledak, gampang merasa annoyed. Kalo udah gini saya lebih suka menghindar dari temen-temen saya dan sebisa mungkin mengurangi interaksi dengan orang banyak. Buat jaga-jaga aja sih, biar saya ngga meledak pada tempat yang salah.
Kebiasaan buruk banget yak?! hhmm...emang.

Ada yang bilang kalau mau marah, "stop, look, listen" Ada juga bilang suruh narik nafas panjang dulu 3 kali. Ada juga yang suruh duduk dulu.

gimana kalo alihkan pikiran ? ato pergi ke tempat lain, misal ke kantin, ke ruang lain, ato jalan aja keliling selasar, ke teras, pokoknya pegi aja deh bentar, sambil nata pikiran, mungkin abis gitu agak enteng.

kalo meledak - ledaknya siang-siang.... itu tandanya laper (maklum kan bulan puasa)nah solusinya... ke kamar kecil, terus ambil wudhu...(tapi airnya jangan di irup yak) tapi kalo gak bisa juga... berarti udah laper banget..
ya udah.. tunggu maghrib aja. atau ada niat tuk buka 1/2 hari ???
