Suatu Titik Bernama Stasiun Cilebut

Menjelang malam, Stasiun Cilebut memasuki jeda yang hanya berlangsung sekejap. Langit perlahan kehilangan warna birunya, sementara lampu-lampu peron mulai mengambil alih tugas matahari.

Notes from The Crown

I remember spending most time with my best friend, Netflix, during me time. I finished the 5 seasons of The Crown in 2022. No, I'm not gonna put any review on the series, though I might say Season 4 is my favorite so far for the appearance of former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Gillian Anderson was awesome picturing the character.

Here, I just wanna share a few quotes from The Crown.

"That's the thing about unhappiness. All it takes is for something worse to come along and you realize it was actually happiness after all."  S2:E8 - Queen Elizabeth II.

"We can't be everything to everyone and still be true to ourselves." S3:E3 - PM Harold Wilson.

"But the Crown always finds its way to the right head." S3:E8 - Duke of Windsor.

"The Crown is not a static thing resting forever on one head. It is moving. Alive. Divine. The changing face of changing times.  And if, God willing, it has been ordained that I should wear it then I shall do so on my own terms and hopefully, make you proud." S3:E8 - Prince of Wales (now King Charles).

"We cannot let the values of the past distract us from the realities of the present." S4:E8 - PM Margaret Thatcher.

"When you realize there's no point in trying anymore, and it's easier to just let the current take you away." S4:E9 - Princess Anne.

"The majority of marriages survive because the majority of people aren't fantasists. They are realists and accept the imperfect reality of being human." S4:E9 - Princess Anne.
